Q: Is it really that easy?
A: Yes, but it usually takes a little practice to get comfortable doing it. Most customers say around the 3rd or 4th try they start to get the hang of it. The magnetic liner makes a big difference in making it easier, but they can certainly be worn with out it too.
Q: When will my lashes arrive?
A: Orders are processed and sent out 24-48 hours after being placed. During Holidays or large sales these times may be increased to 72 hours. Depending on location USPS takes around 2-4 days. (However, we have noticed USPS is a little slower around the holidays).
Q: How are Mink Lash Love magnetic lashes different?
A: MinkLashLove lashes are made to mimic the look of lash extensions. Our lashes are NOT just your average grocery store lash with magnets attached. These lashes are full and soft, everyone will think you have extensions. We also use the thinnest and smallest magnets available without compromising on strength.
Q: Can you do custom orders?
A: YES! We can change the length of the lash band and number of magnets to suit your needs. Just contact us before you place your order, additional fees may apply for extra materials.
Q: How many times can magnetics be worn?
A: 25 wears is the normal lifespan, but with extra care some customers have reported going even longer.
Q: Can I wear mascara with the lashes?
A: Yes, in fact, we recommend one light layer of mascara on your natural lashes before to both help them blend in better with the magnetic lashes, and to help the magnets get a better grip.
Q:Are your lashes made from real mink?
A: We use the highest quality faux mink and silk for our lashes. We've found that using these materials still give the best quality and longevity of wear. MinkLashLove cares about all creatures!
Q: Are your lashes available for wholesale?
A: We do allow wholesale accounts. Please contact us for more information.
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders, if your order does not exceed your highest expectations. Refund requests must be made within 15 days from the receipt of merchandise. Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition.
To return or exchange your item, please send us an email to or contacting us through the CONTACT form on the website. Once the best resolution for return has been provided, you will then receive instruction on the next steps to return or exchange your item. If return is required, upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. An email will be sent to the email address you used when making your original purchase when the refund has been issued.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We strongly suggest purchasing tracking for your return parcel, as we are not responsible for lost return packages. Please allow up to 10 days for processing.
